mxf file created by gstreamer unplayable on VLC

Well, it's two against one, so yes, I think this is more likely a VLC
bug. Though, if you find something that isn't correct in the way it's
muxed, which clearly ffplay and Gst have woraround for, then please
come back and we'll try and fix it.
