Something like this. 

videotestsrc -> tee -> queue -> myOwnAnnotationElement -> autovideosink
                            |
                            |
                            |
                            |                         
                             -> queue -> motioncells (sends messages on Bus)
-> fakesink

The main application needs to catch the messages from motioncells and put
them in my annotation element.
