video streaming without sdp file

We are trying to stream video that captured from the nvidia tx1 camera. As
nvidia suggest we are using nvcamerasrc function of gstreamer.

Our goal is encode this stream as h264 format and stream it. From the
reciever side we want to watch it without sdp file.
How can we do that ? IS there any example ?

For file we found the "uridecodebin" . How can we use that with coming
stream.
