gst-plugins-good 1.14.0 is missing directsoundsink

Just for reference, on the Windows the registry is located here:
C:\Users\<user>\AppData\Local\Microsoft\Windows\INetCache\gstreamer-1.0

And the INetCache directory is an "invisible" directory...
