AW: Issue with h264depay and avdec_h264 when using rtpulpfecenc/dec !

Hello, 

Does the fec work on multiplexed stream , ie like this 
filesrc >> decodebin >> videoconvert >> queue >>x264enc >>mpegtsmux>> 
rtpmp2tpay >> Queue >> 
  rtpulpfecenc >> udpsink 

or does it only work on elementary audio/video streams . In most of the 
cases we used to send muxed streams. 

Can we use rtpulpfecenc on sender side without using rtpbin?
