Configuring gst-libav fails

Hi,

I am having trouble configuring, running ./autogen.sh, gst-libav. I am
running in a gst-uninstalled environment.
I am getting the following error-message:

  config.status: executing configure-embedded-libav commands

I also have the following packages installed and they are configured and
build with no problems:

 gstreamer
 gst-plugins-base
 gst-plugins-good
 gst-plugins-bad
 gst-rtsp-server
