clutter

I am using Centos 7.5 and updating gstreamer from 1.10.4 to 1.12.3

Is there no longer a resulting /usr/lib64/gstreamer-1.0/libgstclutterXXXX
file ?
My configure script is definitely detecting clutter and clutter-devel
installed - but after compiling there is no longer a libgstclutter file ?
