Rgd Dash spec version info for current dash plugin development

Hi,
Can someone please tell which dash specification document & version is
being used for current development of gstreamer Dash plugin (
https://cgit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-plugins-bad/tree/ext/dash).

Also is it aligned with any of Dash IOP version mentioned at
https://dashif.org/guidelines/. If so which version of IOP is being
considered?
