Installing the Gnonlin plugin in Windows to use with GStreamer

Hello Fabricio,

Gnonlin doesn't exist anymore, it has been replaced by NLE which is
distributed as part of GES
(https://cgit.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-editing-services/).

I believe we distribute it by default, so check `gst-inspect nlecomposition`
