Installing the Gnonlin plugin in Windows to use with GStreamer

Hi there,

Is there a guide on how to install the gnonlin plugin for gstreamer in Windows? Are there binaries available?

I've done a 'complete' installation of both gstreamer and gstreamer-devel via msi installation files: gstreamer-1.0-x86_64-1.14.4.msi, gstreamer-1.0-devel-x86_64-1.14.4.msi
(from: https://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/data/pkg/windows/1.14.4/)

But that doesn't seem to install the Gnonlin plugin:
> gst-inspect-1.0 gnlcomposition
No such element or plugin 'gnlcomposition'

I haven't been able to find ready made dlls or binaries and I'm not very sure how to compile the code from https://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/src/gnonlin/ as I've not done this before.
