playbin visualisations window reparenting with GTK+

In a Python, GStreamer with GTK+ 3 application, how can I capture and
reparent the playbin visualisation window?

At the moment, when I set flags to 0x8, the visualisation appears but
in a separate window.

Here's where I create the playbin and handle any videosink window; it
works fine for video content.

Sugar is child-oriented software for learning, and we use it on One
Laptop per Child devices.  The Jukebox app is a generic audio and
video player.
