Gstreamer command line quotes within quotes need help

gst-launch-1.0 playbin uri=file:///home/meh/Videos/samsung_4k.mp4 sink="glupload ! glshader fragment=\"\"ca t testfrag.frag\"\" ! glimagesinkelement" seems to work
