Gstreamer Synchronization

Hi,
I am Nisa I am trying to learn gstreamer but i have some problems I try 
to work gstreamer in Windows VisualStudio.
I want to do synchronization but my code works like that first I open an 
VLC and starting streaming and than I open new VLC,
first one starting from beginning with 2nd one.
But 2nd video should start where first is left. For example if first in 
20th second 2nd must start 20th and so  I can be able to watch in  same 
time both of two.
What should I do for that?
