about to record and show

Dear sir,
             I am trying to saving the file in the form of multiple files
with certain time amount and stream also at a time. These all process done
with UDP.

            if, it is possible these video save or stream on http than more
suitable for me.
if any idea to solve this problem. Please share the solution.
