Is it possible to read framebuffer device

Hi,

I am working on a project which is about video capture and streaming.  I am
using Petalinux 2018.2 and Vivado 2018.2. We solved capture video and
streaming framebuffer with the hardware side. Also, ı can control this
framebuffer with Petalinux side. Everything is great. But we have to scale
this video and we want to success this with GStreamer scale function. I want
to read fb0 and write this buffer to fb1 with gstreamer. 

Is it possible to use a framebuffer device like a video source?
