Import raw nal units in pipeline

I have a data source that spits raw H264 NAL units via a callback in a c
program.

I know the framerate, picture size etc.

I would like to use the video in a gstreamer pipeline. Question is, how
would I insert the data in a pipeline.

Would I do an App source or is there another way?
