Basic Tutorial 3 Help

Compiling the provided code for  Basic Tutorial 3
<https://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/documentation/tutorials/basic/dynamic-pipelines.html?gi-language=c#>  
works fine, but running the compiled code gives the following error:

Error received from element omxvp8dec-omxvp8dec0: Internal data stream
error.
