Pause filesink and restart

Hello All,

Can I pause the file sink and restart it? Actually I am recording the video
and i am pausing the pipeline but when I restart the pipeline and at the end
when I see the recorded video, it stuck on the last frame after which I
paused the video and after some seconds video starts with the new frame.
