Pause filesink and restart

Post here your pipeline!

I'm not an expert so I can't say for sure why it happens, but I think it's
because the frames are timestamped. Say, for example, that you record for
10 seconds, then pause for 5 seconds and then restart recording again. In
the resulting file, a frame will have timestamp of 10 secs and the next
frame will have timestamp of 15 secs. So the player has to show that frame
for 5 seconds, then will continue with next frames.
