How to extract H265 data of each frame in the pipeline?

Hi,gstreamers.
Now,I have one problem:How to extract H265 data of each frame in the
pipeline? I encode YUV data into H265 bitstream via omxh265enc. And then I
need to extract the H265 data of each frame of picture in the pipeline. How
can I do? If I use the probe, for each invoking of the callbacks,does it
obtain exact just one frame of H265 bitstream?
     Can you give me some suggestions? Thank you all by your patient help!
