gstreamer v1.16 and msvc x86 build

Hi everyone,
I would like to know if there is a way to use x86 msvc toolchain to develop
my application (win32). on download site is present only the mingw x86/x64
gstreamer build and a msvc x64 build, but not a msvc x86 one. Do I have to
use the source code and cerbero to generate the build (msvc x86) myself? are
there any problems with dependencies for the msvc 32bit build?
