gstreamer command Issue.

Hi All,

I am using a plugin pylonsrc (https://github.com/zingmars/gst-pylonsrc).
Below is the command I am running, it is failing. Can you please tell me
wha is the issue in the command. I want to generate rtsp stream from
camera. This is a USB camera.
