gstreamer command Issue.

hi,
1. you are working on a unmaintained git. it has move to gst-plugins-vision
2. there is no udpsink in your pipeline end
 ! udpsink host=127.0.0.1 port=5000
3. start with a videotestsrc, check its working, then move to camera.
