Yes. You're right. Set valve to 1 is also drop the pipeline. BTW, I don't use
valve in this case. 

I have no idea to solved this problem(video can't be play). So I very need
your help. The one thing I know is I 'm doing the wrong way to close the
pipeline and splitmuxsink element.
