Gtsreamer Android 10+ devices issue

Hi I am developing an android app I am facing issues when I am working with
android 10. I am compiling ndk via setting ndk project path and ndk-build
command. Error shows that error received from element decodebin0 : Your
GStreamer installation is a missing plugin. 

Any help regarding this?
