HLS Not working for .sdp source

I have a .sdp that I need to view it on webpage. it is a transport stream
please tell me what is wrong with below gstlaunch?

gst-launch-1.0 souphttpsrc
location=http://10.113.159.3/www/public/.settings/test.sdp ! sdpdemux !
application/x-rtp,media=video ! hlssink
location="C:\Users\Test\Downloads\GstreamerHLS"
playlist-location="C:\Users\Test\Downloads\GstreamerHLS\playlist.m3u8"
