Using this pipeline:

appsrc format=(string)\"BGR\" ! videoconvert ! x264enc tune=zerolatency
speed-preset=ultrafast !  h264parse ! rtph264pay config-interval=1 !
rtpsink uri=rtp://239.1.2.3:1234 

I get the following error on the RPi:
x264 [error]: baseline profile doesn't support 4:4:4
Is it a format image error?
