How to feed gts-rtsp-server with an udpsrc

okay this works so far:

./test-launch "( udpsrc name=pay0 pt=96 port=5000 caps=\"application/x-rtp,
media=video, encoding-name=H264, payload=96 \" )"

But it seem the buffer is runnig over./the delay getting bigger and bigger.
How can i use sync=false async=false or the latest keyframe
