image overlay on video stream in playbin2 from 0.10

I am able to build a pipeline with playbin using textoverlay but not able to
display a logo on top of the video. My pipeline is "gst-launch-1.0.exe
playbin uri=rtsp://161.85.89.220:8554/test video-sink='textoverlay
font-desc=Sans,36 text=Hello ! autovideosink' "
How do I modify it to overlay a logo on the image ?
