The pipeline is blocked after sending EOS

The pipeline is blocked after sending EOS. we add “printf()” after
gst_element_send_eos() but the message never display, it looks like the
thread is frozen.  The scenarios as follows:

1.	Both the audio and video were normal at first, the stream of audio stop
after a while, the thread will be blocked if we send eos to pipeline.

2.	There is no video stream and the thread is blocked if we send eos to the
sinkpad of videobin.

Has anyone encountered a similar situation? We desperately need help! Thanks
for any suggestions.
