How to prepare 2 or more medias in the same time

Hi guys.

My RTSP server is preparing 1 media and it is taking some seconds. After the
first frame is pushed, the media is unlocked and then, the server can
prepare the next one. My problem is: the server can prepare only one media
per time. 
Please, how to prepare 2 or more medias in the same time in RTSP server? Is
it possible?
