1.16.2 src install error on CentOS 8

I am getting this error:
meson.build:51:0: ERROR:  Dependency "gstreamer-codecparsers-1.0" not
found, tried pkgconfig and cmake

When doing source install on CentOS 8 and gstreamer 1.16.2

When looking here:
https://gstreamer.freedesktop.org/src/

There is no such package to compile - how do I resolve ?
