Scaling and mixing videos

I first try to use glvideomixer to replace compositor, but it uses a lot of
CPU even no video pushed to it , the  program is running on intel 7700 which
has an HD630 graphics card, is that normal?

Then I added every one videoscale on each video frame, it improves but when
I raise destination FPS to 60,  it can not satisfy the expectation while the
cpu usage is still 50 percent.

I did not try to use glcolorscale instead accroding to previous glvideomixer
result, please help me , thank you
