Play Multiple Videos Sequentially

For example I should be able to use slider for jump any
position of that single video

GUI to implement this function as well as need a simple DB to record video
file's timestamp and record length

GStreamer is a convenient multimedia platform, I like it. 
Develop the NVR system on ARM/x86(c/python)
Use python to generate NVR is crazy, of course works fine.
