setting format for rawvideoparse

trying to pass arguments to rawvideoparse,
g_object_set (G_OBJECT (parse), "format", "rgb888": , NULL);

getting this.

 GLib-GObject-WARNING **: 13:32:32.332: value "((GstVideoFormat)
1967134597)" of type 'GstVideoFormat' is invalid or out of range for
property 'format' of type 'GstVideoFormat'
