Request for guidance on improving GstDiscoverer

Hello,

You can have a look at the validate media descriptor writer[0] where we
basically parse the whole file to detect all frames. Nowadays we should use
parsebin for that instead of decodebin and that tool should probably be
updated but we could add those feature in the discoverer doing something
similar to that.

I think we should basically rewrite GstDiscover around parsebin so that it
stops decoding and instead parse files, this way we could have flags to
tell how much parsing we want.
