push event on the pad of element

I built multiple bins composed of the video source and decoded elements. then
mixed them into a composite video stream through videomixer element. Now I
want to send a seek event on one of the bins to adjust the playback position
of the video, but it will not affect the normal playback of other bins.  I
tried to send an event on the bin, and there was a pause in the composite
video. Send event on the pad of element in the bin, other bins are not
affected, but the event does not seem to work.

Ask what to do?
