push event on the pad of element

I built multiple bins composed of the video source and decoded elements. then
mixed them into a composite video stream through videomixer element. Now I
want to send a seek event on one of the bins to adjust the playback position
of the video, but it will not affect the normal playback of other bins. Ask
what to do. I tried to send an event on the bin, and there was a pause in
the composite video. Send event on the pad of element in bin, other bins are
not affected, but event does not seem to work.
