Tips to reduce decoding cost for VP8

Hi everyone,

I'm creating a system that transcodes video to VP8 and later streams the
video out to multiple clients. I would like to optimize the way I'm
encoding this video to be as cheap to decode as possible. Video quality and
file size are not primary concerns. Does anyone have recommendations about
what knobs I should be turning to achieve this?
