[GStreamer 1.19] dxgiscreencapsrc and d3d11videosink, d3d11convert?

Hi all,
is there someone who knows if something is moving for the
d3d11videosink and d3d11convert?

Without those integrations dxgiscreencapsrc is too slow for my purpose.

I know that this is a work in progress but is there someone who knows if 
something is moving for the 1.19 release?
