GStreamer Hackfest Fall 2020

Dear GStreamer Hackers,

I've opened a gitlab issue to gauge interest for a virtual hackfest this
fall:

https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gstreamer-project/-/issues/77

Although we won't get to meet face to face, virtual is still a nice
opportunity to set aside time for upstream development.

Yea or Nay ? Please lemme know, or post your thoughts on gitlab.
