gst-rtsp-server shared media when client is requesting separate RTSP sessions for audio and video streams

Hi all,

After investigating some more this looks to be an issue from shared media side, I've reported it as a bug https://gitlab.freedesktop.org/gstreamer/gst-rtsp-server/-/issues/111 with potential patch which at least works in our case.
I would still appreciate any kind of feedback for this, I've got it to work but that does not mean that this is the best solution, or even a good solution.
