gst-rtsp-server cannot prepare media for a client

Dear Team,

I am able to stream on vlc or gstreamer client from gst-rtsp-server running
on android smartphone.
But for a specific client, i cant connect and stream.
Can you guide me on what all things can be checked to figure out the root
cause.
