Android latancy in gstremaer

Hi I am using gstramer version 1.16 and 1.18 both.
I am creating udp pipeling and loading stream url. Streaming works fine with
android 7 but in android 9 it shows 20 seconds of lag and color issues. Here
is the sample code for builig pipeline 

udpsrc port=2222 ! decodebin ! autovideosink sync=false

Is there any way to reduce my delay in android 9 and further devices ?
