Scale video to fit

Hi,
I am using udpsrc to streaming video my pipeline code is something like
below 

udpsrc port=2222 ! queue ! h265parse ! decodebin3 ! glimagesink sync=false"

I want to fit video wtih surface view suppose my surface view size is
100*100 then it should cover video in whole layout.

Any flag regarding this?
