New filename after split with Splitmuxsink

HI,
at the momet I'm using pipe:

splitmuxsink location=/media/card/File_`date
'+%d-%m-%Y_%H-%M-%S'`__Datei_%02d.mp4 max-size-time=900000000000

which gives me a new file every 15 mins with name

File_17-02-2021_20-47-10__Datei_01
File_17-02-2021_20-47-10__Datei_02
File_17-02-2021_20-47-10__Datei_03
File_17-02-2021_20-47-10__Datei_04


what I need is also an update to time every split happens

Is that somehow possible?
