Hugh cpu difference between MSVC and MINGW version 1.18.2

Hi Tim,

 

The problem about cpu difference is also the case with the original
libraries from Gstreamer 1.18.3.

 

For 64 cameras I see that:

- msvc uses 30% cpu 

 - mingw uses 20% cpu

 

Used pipeline is Rtspsrc ! rtph264depay! h264parse ! qtmux ! filesink 
 
We also use rebust muxing
