I had a similar problem. I don't believe there are any plugins to do this,
or at least I couldn't find one.

I ended up writing a demuxer plugin which looks at the medata and pushes
the buffers accordingly. It's not too complicated especially if you don't
use sometimes pads.

But I'm curious too if anyone has any better ideas. The developers I asked
on IRC didn't at the time.
