gst-examples Issue: Required gstreamer plugin 'nice' not found

I am glad to see that it is working.
BTW, for clarification:
In an earlier message I said that my gstreamer packages were this
version: 1.19.1-2.1.18.4.fc34
This corresponds to an actual product version of Gstreamer 1.18.4. (The
package version is confusing because of a mistake that was made by the
Fedora 34 package maintainers.)
