Python bindings for windows

Hello,

Im writing Gstremer application for Windows 10 and I would like to use python binding.

Im using:
Windows 10
Python 3.8.10
Gstreamer 1.20.1 (but it can be some previous version as well)

What are my options here. Is there some installer available?  Or I have to build it from source?
